Dear Parents/Carers,

Squirrel Class Years 3 and 4 – visit to Haslemere Museum

As part of pupils’ work this term, a visit to Haslemere Museum has been arranged for Thursday 5th February 2026;

We will be leaving school promptly at 9am and transport will be by minibus and/or private car.
School uniform is to be worn; children should also have sensible footwear and a coat; please bring a
packed lunch and water bottle.  Children should also bring a small teddy or doll for one of the day’s activities please.

The cost of this visit is £12 per child which includes a tour of the museum, an Ancient Egyptians
workshop, transport and insurance.

If your child is eligible for Free School Meals, the cost will be met by the school and a packed lunch
will be provided by Easy Lunch.

Please email the school office by Monday 2nd February to give permission for your child/ren to attend;
