What an amazing group of intrepid Y6 pupils we have as they completed their Bikeability course in torrential rain and wind. They were all magnificent and we are so proud of them all. Well done team Ashurst!

Y5 pupils went to Christ's Hospital School today to meet JJ Arcanjo, author of the brilliant book 'Crook Haven'. Learning about JJ's inspiration for the story and how he became a writer inspired us all. A big thank you to Christ's Hospital school for hosting the event.

What a great visit Y5/Y6 Owl Class had to the Southdown's Planetarium today. There was so much to look at and learn. Our favourite activity was the talk in the dome area about all aspects of the night sky and space. It's well worth a visit.
